The team at Burns Pet Nutrition is growing as we welcome two new members of staff to our sales team. As business changes and grows there have been some significant changes in the Field Sales team.
Down in the South West stockists and wholesalers will have become very familiar with sales rep Mark Studdy over the last ten years, and true to form Mark has been a key player in the changes to the team as he takes on a promotion. The South West’s loss was the team’s gain as Mark took on the role of Key Accounts Manager, overseeing the team of reps that look after stockists across the country.
“After 10 years as a Sales Representative for Burns Pet Nutrition I feel very proud to have been given this opportunity.” Said Mark “The Field Sales team are integral to the business and I hope that I can use my years of experience to lead the team to achieve great things.”
Although Mark left big shoes to fill, Simon Routledge, the first of the new additions to the Field Sales team, is already making a big impact in the South West. Simon brings years of experience to the role having previously worked in the garden centre industry.
With business growing an opportunity arose for a Sales Representative to cover the South East and North London, and with many years spent working in the pet trade Stephen Cayton was a great fit for the team. Not only does Stephen have experience in the trade, but he also is a well-known championship breed judge on the dog show circuit meaning that he has a strong appreciation for good pet nutrition.
This has been an exciting expansion to the team for Burns Pet Nutrition and is a sign of things to come as the business goes from strength to strength.
