Competition entry from the 2nd October – 31st Dec

• The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
• At least one participant must be aged 18 or over; Children under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
• Travel expenses are included up to the total value of £100, expenses will be provided via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 or over;
• Competition valid in UK including Northern Ireland;
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability;
• If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;
• Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred dates in three separate months no later than six weeks in advance;
• All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable;
• No cash alternative is available;
• The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 2nd January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and experience must be completed within that time;
• Admission is available at approximately 20 locations, exact details will vary and be advised upon booking;
• All participants must adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations in place at the time of experience;
• If any of the stated activities are unavailable over winner’s preferred travel dates then alternative activities of equal value will be offered by prize provider;
• If winner chooses to forfeit any of the stated activities then no alternative activities will be provided;
• Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel;
• The arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing or other expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest;

• Burns Free Prize Draw will run at various events across the UK and ROI.
• Entry is per person with one entry only per person.
• Free Prize Draw runs for the duration of the event season (May-September) excluding Burns Dogs’ Day Out. Closing date is the 30th September.
• Winner’s draw to take place within 3 working days following the event closing date.
• Winner to be selected by independent online random number generator, with winning number taken as a screen grab and saved on-file for record and checking.
• Winner(s) to be contacted within 1 working day of the draw.
• Entry into the competition can only take place at the respective event.
• By entering you are agreeing for any images, name to be used on Burns social platforms and in marketing.
