- Prize is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old;
- The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
- At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
- Economy flights from major international airports in London or Dublin only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Rome, Italy (depending on best flight routing); Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
- Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London or Dublin departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
- Return airport transfers in Italy are included;
- A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
- Accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing one quadruple occupancy room at a 4* hotel in Rome;
- Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion;
- Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
- The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
- All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
- Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over; For ROI travelers, an allowance for travel insurance is provided to the value of €100 EUR and must be booked by the winner and guest within 2 weeks of the flight booking confirmation; Levels of coverage will vary and it is the winner and guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered is sufficient for their circumstances;
- All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;
- Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
- Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
- All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
- The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over public holidays in the departure or arrival country, or over Easter Sunday;
- Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
- It is the responsibility of the winner and guests to disclose any dietary requirements or allergies for the food tour, cooking workshop and dinner;
- Dinner at the cat café is provided as a set 3-course menu;
- Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel; The arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 related expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest;
