There is nothing more important to us than our customers, both pets and pet parents! Some of you may have noticed that some lines are temporarily out of stock. We are very sorry for any inconvenience we have caused to you and your furry friend.

Please be assured that this is only temporary. Team Burns is working around the clock to make sure your favourites are back soon, aiming to be back to our usual levels of stock as soon as we possibly can.

What do I do?
