Parc y Bocs began as a simple roadside shop, and has grown to include a play area and cafe. However with our recent £300k renovation our award-winning Kidwelly farm shop has become a modern sanctuary. People can come and shop ethically and there is also a doggie health clinic for dogs to come in and have a weigh in and get nutritional advice from our team of dedicated nutritionists.
The time has come to shout to the world about this great place so we are now investing in a new website for the shop, nutrition centre and cafe and restaurant. Watch this space.

Burns Pet Nutrition is well-known as a company with very high standards in everything we do. This new development at Parc y Bocs Farm Shop is no exception. The newly renovated Parc Y Bocs cafe and farm shop is the be all and end all of farm shops. It is a flagship project with a real ‘wow’ factor which will be an asset to the community of Kidwelly and the surrounding area.
We know from past experience that it is also popular with visitors to the area. We have included state-of-the-art facilities which will be of great benefit to disabled visitors and I am very proud of what my team has achieved here. The extensive renovations have doubled size of the building, now with a larger farm shop and pet shop, larger seating area, and a lounge area with local art.
The building provides walking route maps for explorers, and two fully stocked bookshelves for avid readers. The state of the art commercial kitchen feeds the cafe, offering a menu which caters for gluten-free eaters, vegetarians, vegans, allergies. Lots of the produce in the cafe comes from Parc y Bocs’ market gardens, and the company’s own Penlan Farm.
The Parc Y Bocs cafe and farm shop is the be all and end all of farm shops – now been opened for 2 years – it is advisable to book before turning up to ensure you get a seat!
