What is the Burns Puppy Club?

Our Puppy Club is a special membership club created by us to help new pet parents navigate the first year of their pup’s life.

You’ll receive a complimentary 6kg of award-winning pet food (2kg puppy food when you sign up, and 4kg of adult food when your puppy reaches maturity), 12 months of need-to-know advice delivered by expert nutritionists plus exclusive member gifts, guides and offers. Simply pay a one-off delivery charge of £5.00, and we’ll do the rest.

How does it work?

Step 1: Sign Up To The Club
Follow our quiz and tell us a little bit about you and your puppy, including their size, age and what type of food they prefer.
Step 2: Pick Your Puppy Food
You'll be directed to our Puppy Club page to get a FREE 2kg bag of puppy food. Simply pay £5.00 for shipping and we'll sort the rest.
Step 3: Pupdates and Gifts
As part of the club, you'll receive regular offers, guides from our nutrition team and sometimes even treats, so keep your eyes peeled!
Step 4: Get Your FREE Adult Food
Your pup is almost fully grown! When your puppy reaches maturity, we'll send you a discount code to get your free 4kg adult food.

Is the £5.00 a one off payment?

Yes! Once you've paid your initial £5.00, you won't be charged for your free 2kg of Puppy Food.

Am I signed up to a subscription?

No, the Puppy Club isn't an ongoing subscription. You will receive your one-off puppy and adult food bags, and any additional guides and tips along the way.

What's included in the sign up?

You will receive 2kg of puppy food (choose from either Chicken & Rice, Lamb & Rice or Mini Chicken & Rice). When your puppy reaches 12 months old (or 9 months for Toy and Small breeds), we will send you a discount code for 2 bags of 2kg Adult Food. You'll also receive tips, gifts and guides via email along the way.

Can I choose which product I get?

Yes! You can choose from either Puppy Original Chicken & Rice, Puppy Original Lamb & Rice or Puppy Mini Chicken & Rice (for smaller breeds). We will then send the matching adult food when your puppy reaches maturity.

Why won't it let me sign up?

We only accept sign ups for puppies up to 9 months old (for Toy and Small breeds) and 12 months (for all other breeds), so check your puppy age carefully! We can also only offer the scheme to one puppy per household so please only order once.

What data do you collect?

We'll use your puppy's name, age and size to personalise your Puppy Club experience and send helpful guidance as they grow. This includes tailored puppy care tips, feeding advice, age-appropriate support, and a reminder when it's time to claim their free 4kg of adult food.
