Some dogs save lives. Some help us find our feet. Others simply know when we need a paw, a nudge or a reason to keep going. The Burns Bravery Awards is here to celebrate the extraordinary dogs whose courage, loyalty and companionship make life better - every single day. Think you know a worthy winner? Tell us their story.
Bravery comes in many forms. It is the Search & Rescue dog heading into the toughest conditions. The assistance dog offering freedom and confidence. The rescue dog overcoming a difficult start. The working dog giving their all. And the family companion who stayed close when they were needed most.
The Burns Bravery Awards, fronted by Strictly Come Dancing favourite Karen Hauer, are a nationwide celebration of all the ways dogs enrich, protect and transform our lives.
No act of courage is too big - or too quiet - to be recognised.
Burns is proud to fuel Britain’s Mountain Search & Rescue dogs - the remarkable teams working in some of the UK’s toughest conditions to help bring people home safely.
Throughout the campaign, Burns will donate a minimum of 10,000 meals to Mountain Search & Rescue dogs. Every verified nomination and public vote will help unlock even more meals for the dogs who dedicate their lives to helping others.
