Nutrition Specialist
Emma Nissler (ANutr)
"My love and passion for animals has been a lifelong commitment. I began my career in equine nutrition, spending much of my time supporting horse owners with nutritional enquiries, contributing to product development, and helping to educate the next generation of nutritionists across several universities.
Before this, I worked as a nursing assistant at a small animal veterinary practice, where I was responsible for the recovery care plans and feeding schedules of dogs post-surgery. During the vulnerable period of recovery, it taught me just how important a dog’s digestive health is! I also spent time with new dog parents in puppy clinics, providing advice on management and nutrition.
I’m proud to hold the Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) accreditation, specialising in animals, from the Association for Nutrition. I’ve always believed that the right nourishment plays a vital role in pets’ health, wellbeing, and longevity; and seeing happy, healthy pets is incredibly rewarding. Now, my main focus is product development, working with the team to create good quality food for your pets!
Outside of work, I’m the proud aunty of two “fur nephews”: Baslow the Labrador (pictured) and Ozzy the Springador, who I spend a lot of time with, if I’m not on a tennis court!"
