Many Tears Animal Rescue

For several years Burns has actively supported the work of Many Tears Animal Rescue as well as other animal welfare charities around the country. We have provided substantial financial support to Many Tears and free food for all the dogs in its care for the last three years. During this time Many Tears has gone from strength to strength and we now feel that the time has come for us to provide support to other rescue centres.

We know that many of our customers have greatly appreciated our contribution to Many Tears’ work and we hope that they will understand the reason we have made this decision.

In the current difficult financial situation there are so many animal welfare charities in this country which desperately need help and support. Burns will now use the funds previously committed to Many Tears to help other rescues develop and grow.

As we want to make the transition to working without our support as stress free as possible for Sylvia and Bill we will continue to provide free food until the end of April. This should give Many Tears plenty of time to make other arrangements. We are confident that Many Tears now have a strong enough base and wide support network with which to continue their invaluable work without our financial support and we wish them the very best for the future.
